throttle mechanism that do not come with an engine are included (cable and jacket sold separately). The throttle mechanism
maximizes the travel at the foot pedal giving you more precise throttle
control. The plate is pre-drilled to accept the Mikuni fuel pump as
pictured here (sold separately) so the pump will accept the
